RISING  PHOENIX PIERCING

I will not perform piercing services for any individual who appears to be under the

influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication which impairs consent & legal decision making capacity.  

 

Piercings that are at a high risk for complications, rejection, infection, etc

will NOT be performed.

I do not pierce children under the age of 12, even with parental/guardian consent.

Piercings for teenagers age 13-17 are limited and require an in-person consultation with

the client in addition to legal permission from a parent/guardian.
